Shipping Policy

Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours of confirmation. Delivery times generally range from 3-7 business days depending on your location, with customers in Gujarat usually receiving orders faster than other states.

We ship pan-India through our courier partners. You can check delivery availability for your pincode at checkout. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS so you can follow its progress.

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be shown at checkout before you complete your payment.

Return & Replacement Policy

As tea is a consumable product, we are unable to accept returns of opened packets unless there is a genuine quality issue. If you receive a damaged, expired, or incorrect item, please email photos of the item and its packaging to feedback@kamdhenutea.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund. Refunds, where applicable, are processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of approval.

Order Cancellations

If your order has not yet been packed or dispatched, you may request a cancellation by contacting us with your order number. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, though our standard return process will apply if there’s an issue on delivery.
